Booking Terms and Conditions at Gite Tardoire

When you book with us, you will need to agree to these booking terms and conditions and confirm your booking by clicking on the confirmation link in the email which we will send you when you make your booking. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation we will send you an invoice for your stay. Please check the details, and advise us at once of any inaccuracies. It is understood that the person making the booking will be deemed to act on behalf of all members of the party.

Details concerning the amount due will appear on your invoice and this must be paid in full in advance by bank transfer.  We also accept cash and cheques.

The accommodation rate is fully inclusive of all bed linen, bathroom towels, tea towels, electricity, heating, pre / post stay cleaning & laundry, standard check in, and our famous breakfast. Taxe de sejour additional to the accommodation and is indicated on your invoice. Any additional services you selected such as early or late check in / check out are additional to the room rate and are indicated on your invoice.

Standard check in is available from 16:00pm to 19:30 on the arrival day and check out is available from 07:00 until 10.00am on the final day, unless we have made a prior arrangement with you.

You may cancel your booking by clicking the link in your confirmation email. There are no cancellation fees.

You agree to allow only those of your party to occupy the accommodation you booked. No pets are allowed. You undertake to leave the accommodation in a clean state and in good order. You also undertake to advise us if any missing or damaged items and of any damage to the room and to reimburse us for such loss or damage.

We accept responsibility for any loss or damage sustained by you as a direct result of negligence of anyone employed by us, or an agent under our control. We do not accept responsibility whatsoever for happenings or actions outside our reasonable control, such as breakdown of domestic appliances, plumbing, temporary invasion of pests, acts of insurrection, theft, break-in, industrial disputes, floods, or other events amounting to force majeure.

We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss caused to bicycles, luggage nor equipment stored in our facilities.

We do our utmost to ensure that the accommodation is satisfactory and enjoyable, and take all reasonable care to maintain the entire property in good condition at all times. Although we take every reasonable care to ensure that nothing untoward occurs during your stay, we shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity arising, howsoever caused.


Our booking terms and conditions are covered by French and EU law.

In making a booking you acknowledge that you have read these conditions and that you accept them without reservation or exception.
